Our Mission

The Jackson County School System Foundation utilizes scholarships and grants to enhance the educational experience by supporting educators, enriching classroom environments, and empowering students for future success. Through strong partnerships with stakeholders, we cultivate meaningful relationships that amplify our mission and create lasting, positive impacts on our schools and community.

The Jackson County School System Foundation is a non-profit tax-exempt organization under the laws of Georgia and Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The JCSS Foundation was established in May 2025 with the mission to support educational initiatives throughout the ever-growing school system. Gifts and donations made to the JCSS Foundation provide grants to staff, scholarships to students, and support various initiatives related to the school system and Jackson County community.
